It asks 10 questions across six areas of your life and surfaces a clear picture of where you are thriving, where you are running on reserves, and where something important has been potentially neglected.
Many people find it taking the Life Audit reveals more than they expected. It doesn’t suddenly reveal something they didn’t already sense but it puts a shape around something they’ve been carrying without language for it.
When you complete it, your results are delivered immediately. From there, the journey into Ascend Coaching begins at your pace with free access to the Basecamp programme, which is a community of like minded people sharing a similar journey, get involved on your terms, without fear of pressure.
