How is this different from an EAP?
EAPs (Employee Assistance Programmes) are typically reactive, available when something goes wrong. Ascend’s business coaching is proactive: structured, ongoing support before problems develop. Different purpose, different delivery, different outcome.

Yes. Individual coaching sessions are confidential between the employee and Steve. We report on agreed outcomes and themes at an organisational level, not on the content of individual conversations, so your people can speak honestly without worrying about what gets fed back.
